Such a delicious cookie! I especially love the chocolate bar in the middle it makes it extra special and so chocolaty. 🍪
This trio is delish! The Choco Chai was my favorite — a chocolate chip cookie with a perfectly balanced chai flavor that’s warm and spiced without being overwhelming. The Roshmalai cookie felt like an elevated sugar cookie with a subtle South Asian twist that really works. And the chocolate chip might be one of the best I’ve ever had: soft, flavorful, and just really well done.
What surprised me most is how soft and amazing they are even without warming them up. Heating them makes them even more decadent, but it’s absolutely not necessary. Highly recommend!
