The Roshmalai Cookie.

Roshmalai is a Bangladeshi style
dessert that can be found in
multiple variations across the
South-Asian diaspora.

It’s one of those celebratory
desserts with a soft-cloud like
texture soaked in a cardamom-
infused milk, and topped with
pistachios or almonds.

Our roshmalai cookie inspires the
backbone of Dough’n It, with each
bite making you feel like it’s a
celebration.

The Choco Chai

Inspired by the nostalgia of the weekly sunday grocery shopping routine, each trip always ended with a new box of soft-baked chocolate chip cookies and right into the cookie jar of our founder’s childhood pantry.

Prepped in small batches for, our signature chocolate chip combines rich milk chocolate with south-asian spices that blends chai into a soft baked texture. It'll make you want another lil bite.

Our Founder

Shompa, the founder of DOUGH’N IT, grew up in NYC as a first-gen Bangladeshi-American from the little island of Sandwip. She fell in love with baking at a young age (thanks to strict parents and lots of time in the kitchen) and got her first job at 17 running the back of a Jamaican vegan spot. From there, she dove into NYC’s café and bakery scene, soaking up all things coffee, flavor, and pastry life. Even after a six-figure corporate career, she couldn’t shake her love for sweets.

After a year of baking hundreds of cookies and chasing the perfect flavor, she launched DOUGH’N IT - an artisinal cookie brand serving up soft-baked treats inspired by the South Asian and International flavors that made her who she is.
